Directions
1. Choose a photo of yourself (or another). The photo may be color or black/white. It will be returned with your mandala.
2. Send the photo by snail mail to address below.
3. Enclose check for $25.00 made out to Pax Nidorf.
4. Your finished Life Color Mandala will be sent to you within two weeks.
The Mandala is centered on a 8 1/2" by 11" page, color inkjet printed on
special stock.All you need to do is send the photo you want used and a check for $25
